the app for technician that they can register through the app, then we approve and activate accounts from backend based on technical skills and qualifications, after account activation they receive fixing issues requests through push notification from clients, then through the app the technician can check device status from uploaded pictures, so he can navigate to the client location as shown in request based on client submitted address or he calls him as the client define in his request to fix the device on-premises, finally the technician update the request status with fixed.
